MAJORELLE FRÈRES &Cie "Sceau-de-Salomon" desk Exotic wood and exotic wood veneer desk. The rectangular entablature with rounded corners opens at the front with three drawers and rests on tapered, recessed legs with brass rings and sabots. The top has a pull-out on each side. The drawer fronts are decorated with precious wood and mother-of-pearl marquetry. Drawer handles in patinated bonze. Circa 1920. Stamped with a MAJORELLE Nancy shell in marquetry.
